The birds of prey are usually divided into diurnal birds of prey and owls. In the operations of the foundation, hawks and owls form their own species groups. Committees promoting conservation and research related to these species will be established in 2021, just like there are committees for the ospreys and white-tailed eagles.
The objective for the establishment of a committee is to collect birds of prey experts around the country. The foundation is seeking funding for the committees’ operations from different bodies and will, as the economic situation allows, give grants for birds of prey conservation and research.
